Our 2011 Annual Meeting was a huge success!!

2011′s Keynote Speaker
We were honored to have a representative of Mr. Rich Bowman as our keynote speaker on “21st Century Conservation” at the Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner on January 27, 2011. Joining us from The Nature Conservancy, Mr. Bowman’s representative spoke about the path to 21st Century Conservation through managing knowledge, empowering people, and integrating conservation.
Rich currently serves as the Director of Government Relations for the Michigan Office of The Nature Conservancy. Prior to joining TNC, Rich served for 6 ½ years as the Executive Director for the Michigan Council of Trout Unlimited. Rich has also held positions as a Research Assistant with the Annis Water Resources Institute at Grand Valley State University, and served as the Regional Field Representative for the Michigan Farm Bureau in West Michigan.
